The picture says it all... A nice, clean aluminum plate ("aluminium" to you old-school English chaps) means that the truck delivered the taco, friend!If you live on this side of the 110 fwy, we highly recommend that you visit this truck!!! It wasn't super fancy or anything, but hell, they serve you on a plate of silver. Have you ever tried eating off of metal? It's hard.
